Founded in 1988, Silverware Inc. is a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV. The business management solutions firm specializes in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) largely for companies and organizations in manufacturing and distribution, and more recently, the cannabis industry.
The company is headquartered in Phoenix, Ariz., has an office in Seattle, as well as employees working remotely from cities across the United States. Nearly 40 percent of the Silverware Inc. team is female. As the president of Silverware Inc., I am proud to be a woman in tech. Women make up less than 20 percent of U.S. tech jobs, even though they make up more than half of the U.S. workforce.

Silverware Change Tracking: As one client recently told us, “[Silverware] Change Tracking has saved me SO many headaches.” In a nutshell, this was the desired outcome. We knew of the limitations within the Business Central Change Log and we wanted to create a better solution to solve the case of “Who Dunnit,” and our application does what it says. Silverware Change Tracking provides a thorough history of every change in your records: allowing you to see what changed, who made the changes, and when did the changes take place.
Silverware QC: Our Silverware Quality Control module was initially inspired by our work with clients in the cannabis vertical. The application is designed to create greater flexibility in managing the testing requirements of raw materials and finished goods. The quarantine process assures untested or failed products cannot be sold or used in manufacturing. Silverware QC users can drill directly into item details for detailed test results, Certificates of Analysis, and identify quality issues before an item becomes a finished good.
Silver Leaf CBC: Through extensive research, Silverware’s Team was able to configure its traditional ERP solution specifically for the cannabis industry. Our cannabis ERP, Silver Leaf CBC provides a world-class ERP, which supports audit requirements that investors require. The software helps to automate state compliance that is necessary for maintaining a license, all the while streamlining business processes.
Silverware Bartender Integration: It is as easy as 1,2,3! With Silverware BarTender Integration the user can design its label in BarTender or start with a BarTender template, map the label data in Business Central and then hit print. The application is designed to eliminate printing workarounds with a simple 3-step process. We used Seagull Scientific’s a best-in-class labeling software as it provides automated, flexible, and accurate results.
